Where do I start?

As suppliers and installers of renewable energy systems we know that solar PV and heat pumps are not exactly familiar territory for most people.  This is likely to be the first time you have considered investing in this type of technology and you will no doubt have your reservations.

That’s why we offer you full support right from the very beginning. We want to help you make the right decisions for you and your most important investment, your home.

From survey to switch on

Step 1: You can contact us by email or telephone to discuss your plans. We will have an honest conversation with you about the renewable technologies which could be suitable for your property.

Step 2: If appropriate we will arrange a free, no obligation survey. Our trained specialists will visit your property to gather relevant information and to discuss your options with you further. If you are still interested we can then prepare a quote. Rest assured that we would never recommend a renewable technology system which in our opinion was unsuitable for the property or which would not confer adequate benefit to you.

Step 3: If you are happy with the quote we will arrange an installation date to suit you. Depending on the scale of the job, our work may take a few days to complete.

Step 4: Our engineers will hand over your new system to you and ensure that you understand everything about its operation. You will also be provided with a handbook which will explain how it all works so you can refer to it in the future. You will automatically be eligible for our aftercare service so if you ever have any questions there will always be a knowledgeable, friendly advisor to assist you.
