Solar PV panels are often referred to simply as solar panels but should not be confused with Solar Thermal panels which can provide hot water for your property.

 

What are the benefits of a solar PV installation?

Solar panels do not require direct sunlight to work making them particularly suited to the changeable UK weather conditions. However, energy production output can be optimised by 90 degrees due of due south positioning.
